Since then she has pursued additional ways to support her community in choosing ways to improve their physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Faith is one of the three pillars of my business. My mission to help people improve their health, including their faith. I believe faith is vital for mental and physical health. Whether teaching my book, hosting workshops, or speaking at conferences, faith is a main component of each speech.
HOW DO I SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY?
My primary goal is to support young women in finding ways to prioritize their physical, mental, and spiritual needs. I believe that when we steward those well that we will increase our capacity to care for other effectively.
